Celebrating over 25 years with Upland, Brier brings a true wealth of knowledge, experience and unwavering dedication to her role as Office Manager, serving as a true backbone of the organization. Through multiple company moves, industry shifts, and periods of both volatility and growth, she has remained a constant source of stability and strength. Her deep systems knowledge and comprehensive understanding of operations make her an integral part of the company’s success.

Her role spans a wide range of responsibilities—including operations, HR, accounting, IT, supplies and vendor management—each handled with remarkable capability and care. Brier has consistently streamlined processes, implemented efficient procedures, and fostered effective management practices that keep Upland running smoothly.

Known for her patience, wisdom, and thoughtful approach, Brier brings a calming presence to even the most challenging situations. Her leadership style balances professionalism with personality—she offers playfully stern warnings when needed, while also encouraging camaraderie and maintaining a positive, energetic workplace culture.

Above all, Briers’s loyalty and commitment stand out. She leads not just through expertise, but through example, creating an environment where people feel supported, connected, and motivated to do their best work.

Brier attended the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, a true Gopher fan, where she earned a BSB in Marketing Management.  Outside of the office, Brier is very active with traveling and family life. She is married to her high school sweetheart, John, and together they are raising three children: Anja and twins Aleisa and Liam. Brier enjoys watching her children’s sports, traveling, the outdoors, sunshine, the ocean, reading, yoga, synchronized swimming, and spending time with friends and family.  A fun fact about Brier is that she recently picked back up her beloved high school sport and together with her duet partner won GOLD at the 2024 USA Artistic Swimming Master’s Championship!
