We make every attempt to charge a fee commensurate with what other Brokers are charging on similar properties nationwide. Please note that all commissions are negotiable between the Brokers and Sellers or Buyers. We are aware of the fees paid to our competitors, and often must cooperate and share our commission with other Brokers.
